ok. ummmmm... i applied a hot/cold gel pack onto my arm/shoulder because it was swollen and yeah.. and then after a couple minutes.. i felt it stingin.. but i didnt bother to remove it because i thought it would it was working so i just kept it on.. n then like maybe an hour later.. my arm is REEEED its nasty... and it still is... its been 5 or more hours already.. n im freakin out because it doesnt look right annd ugh...
what should i do?????????? i dont wanna go to the doctor..

Go to the ER (Emergency Room).. PRONTO.. you never know.. you could be allergic to something in the pack... don't hesitate.... better safe than sorry...
