rosacia cream, all types of creams some with retional and some with alpha hydroxies even a light checmical peel and enzyme scrub! my face is tough so its not getting by these attempts it just stays the same! whats next??

it'll block your pores, but try vaseline, it healed my hands when i was little. they'd get so dry the skin would crack. if that doesn't work, see a dermatologist. You could have psoraisis or eczema, which are skin rashes that can make your skin rough and patchy.
