Hi. A majority of our oily skin problems comes from using products that contain ingredients such as alcohol. These ingredients dry out your skin causing your skin to overcompensate by producing more oil. It's important to use water based products so that they penetrate into the pores of your skin leaving it clean, hydrated, and healthy. Products that contain mineral oil will clog your pores causing dirt and debris to collect on your skin. Drinking plenty of water is always good for you, both inside and out.
