Pimples - Skin Problem?

I have quite bad pimples on my back, when I scratch my back, it come out with bit, it hard, it doesn't wet. May I know what are they? How can I get rid of them?

My frined had the same problem, she is beatiful, but was going crazy, anyway she is in the army, so it wasnt easy to get products, i brought here some oilve oil, and also told her to drink 3- 4 litres of water dily, itreally helped and worked.





olive oil is absolutely great, and dont take too much suger as well, in the day.

What you appear to have are Blackheads or Comedones, a form of acne. Check out the links to:
