My daughter has exteme dry skin that the skin falls off on all her 5 fingers. Her fact is kind of discolored and lips very dry. We have seen all the specialists and use medication but fails. Any suggestions?

sounds like contact dermatitis. use hydrocortisone on the hands and wash the face and hands with a zinc based soap like head and shoulders.

I would step up and down for 5-15 minutes when I woke up, and again 5-15 minutes when I went to bed.
In about 3 months my skin went back to healing, completely healed in less than 6 months.
