my skin is dry how to make my skin smooth and soft
Skin problem?
You can treat the problem from the outside, but it's best to treat it from the inside as well. I would look to your diet first and foremost.
Are you sufficiently hydrated? Drink plenty of water.
Does your diet contain sufficient healthy fats? Grapeseed oil as a base for salad dressing is wonderful. You also might want to consider adding Avacado to your salads. Also cooking with pure coconut oil is great. Eating Nuts (preferably unsalted) can add good healthy oils to the diet. Remember salt can be de-hydrating.
If you take baths, you can add oils to the water, like Olive or Grapeseed. You'll be amazed at how moisturizing oil baths can be.
As for skin lotions ... it's best to avoid those products that contain SD alcohol (it's drying to the skin) and any chemicals that you cannot pronounce. Instead look for: Shea butter, Kukui Butter, Coconut butter, Jojoba Oil, Hazelnut Oil, or any other nut oils or butters as primary ingredients.
Old Man Winter can really be tough on the skin, but the addition of a few of Earth's most moisturizing foods can help combat the problem.
Hope this helps.
