okay. so i got my thyroid tested and there were a couple of things that were higher than normal. should i take alot of vitamin c to help it or what?
Skin problem?
Vitamin C has no effect on your thyroid function. Only your doctor can prescribe meds that will help. Although some of the tests came back elevated, sometimes, if the numbers are not too far over the normal range, the best plan is to do nothing. Let your doctor lead on this one.
