Every fall I get real nasty dry red flakey skin patches BUT ONLY in my nose pockets, no where else on my face or body.
Can someone recommend a lotion or a cure? I have tried every lotion known to man, even my wifes stuff - no luck!!

try using a q-tip and apply a small amount of neosporin or triple antiobiotic ointment in a small thin layer around the inside of the nose. softens the dry crustiness losens it up and helps with the irritation. petroleum jelly at night time while you sleep is great to. helps heal to. hope this helps and i understood what you were asking.

There is an Australian Co that sells a pharmaceutical grade lanolin lotion, sometimes you can find it on eBay, I'm sorry can't remember the name of lotion. Find it by typing lanolin in the search area. Lanolin is from sheep wool so do not use if you are sensitive to wool.
