hi
i jus wanted 2 ask if n.e1 knows any gud products for my skin??
i hav dry skin which later on becomes greasy and oily and i also have a bit of spots/ acne
Teenage skin problem?
WITCH products are good, as they have oils in which help keep your skin clean and smooth without any spots (DOESN'T MAKE YOUR SKIN LOOK GREASY EITHER)
Teenage skin problem?
you have classic combination skin, common in teens, you should be using a suitable cleanser and moisturiser. Tee tree soap can help too (body shop or Sainsbury's do a good one) don't forget it's not forever!
Reply:try using..DERMALOGICA
there are various types of face wash, exfoiliator, masks, etc.
i've been using it for about 2 years, and it works for me (and i'm 17 so i know how teen skin probs are)
Reply:I used to have the same problem, but luckily didn't suffer with too many spots, even in my teenage years. I use Liz Earle moisturiser as it contains all natural products. Liz Earle has an amazing array of different skin products. She only uses natural ingredients. Hope this helps and good luck.
Reply:hi hun- try not t use anything with fragrance, or makeup, as they may irritate skin, and cause acne like bumps. This is what helped me. Wash face with warm water and Dove soap for sensitive skin. pat dry, then apply a benzoyl peroxide gel,(not the cream) 2.5 to 5.0. then massage cetaphil moisturizing lotion, let absorb, then a little more lotion. It is made for sensitive skin and isn't greasy. do this in the morning and at night. overwashing can make your skin produce more oil. Also eating veggies like spinach can help, along with lots of water. High carb foods (foods from white flour or heavily processed) can cause skin to look less healthy. try taking a zinc supplement(ask parents first if you are under 18) take one a day with a meal or you can get a stomache ache. Zinc helps your immune system and helps your skin heal quickly.
Reply:Take some good supplements. avoid trans fatty acids, hydrogenated fats, red meats and excessive sugar. That should get you rolling. For a great book on exactly what you need to do to cure your acne then check this out, http://www.facemaster.net/thefacemasterc...
